Invitations into Connection, Presence and Discovery
I love to provide spaces and invitations to enjoy being human together: to laugh, to feel deeper connection and transparency, to ignite joy, playfulness and wonder, to move and explore and hold it all: the richness of being human; openly and honestly with each other.
Resonating Love is about falling in love with love itself and embracing it all: the challenges, the joys, the miracles: with the deep support and connection of our growing transparency, presence and willingness. It feels such a gift to provide this invitation for both others and myself.
In the last few years, music has been growing as one of the centrepoints in my life. Bringing people together to sing mantras and to share spontaneous musical unfoldings has been heartfilled and delightful. Its been fostering a spirit of community and lifts our spirits, directly inviting joy and flow in the moment.
Before music started opening and pulling me towards it, my life was also bridging many fields to help soften and deepen: meditation, enquiry, bodywork, healing, living and engaging with life, connecting with nature and making more transparent and stronger connections. It has been quite a journey.

A little more about Annalouise:
For many years I have immersed myself in the journey of curiosity and exploration...training with wonderful teachers all around the World, included the highly gifted teachers Lansing and Jane Gresham at Integrated Awareness and other modalities such as Hakomi, Craniosacral, Feldenkrais, Laughter Yoga, Hatha Yoga and Zero Balancing.
My spiritual path has been a core thread, with, for a number of years, much time spent in meditation and retreats with a blessed array of teachers.
I have participated in many beautiful online courses including with Barbara Marx Hubbard, Patricia Ellsberg, Jean Houston, Marci Shimoff and Debra Poneman, which has truly opened me to the power of dropping into the field together and sharing online. I love and am constantly surprised by the depth and aliveness possible in Global online connection.
Nowadays I have an insatiable desire to immerse myself in music and I am learning to play many instruments and am loving to sing. A beginner in it all, feeling childlike and immersed in the pure curiosity is beautiful; trusting the aliveness in me to lead. My lack of musical expertise and background provides permission for everyone to enjoy the innocence and joy in playing with our natural sound, without rules or expectations.
All this has provided me with such a rich tapestry of experience. Now more than ever, beyond any method or teaching, I trust when we open and fall into listening across the many dimensions we have available to us and turn to what calls us, what wants to magically unfold will do so spontaneously in the moment: big permission for more of ourselves to be here, to be seen, to trust, to connect, to love and be loved and to be in more flow.
